About these videos
Two year 10 groups were given the challenge to produce their very own video demonstrations, focussing on the key skills needed in Food Technology. These are some of the videos which were produced focussing on the following areas:
- Making a White Sauce
- Weighing and Measuring
- Chopping Vegetables
- Making Bread
- The All in One Cake making method
- The Creaming Cake making method
- Handling Pastry
- The Rubbing in method
- Stir frys
- Whisking egg whites
These video’s are intended not only to improve these students skills but also for other pupils to improve their skills as well.
